The Executive

The NZPF Executive Committee is elected annually by the membership and comprises the three positions of President, Vice President and Immediate Past President, and 12 ordinary members from whom the Executive appoints a National Secretary and Finance Convenor. The Executive Committee meets monthly usually in Wellington.

The NZPF executive organisational structure comprises two major teams, each with two national issues providing focus. These are the Operations/Relations Team – issues around Special Education and Extreme/Challenging Behaviour, and the Professional/Leadership Team – issues around Professional Leadership, Standards, Assessment and Reporting.
